In 2007, Theatre Nemo completed its first project at HMP Corton Vale – a women’s prison in Stirling.
The project was based on creating an animated film, and helped participants gain confidence in expressing ideas in a non-judgemental, all-inclusive environment.
The creation of the animation focused on coming up with potential character situations, based on participants’ real-life experiences.
